Questions, answered

Before we start.

Clear answers about what is included, what it costs, and what happens when an existing website needs work.

How much does a website cost?

The core business website package is £399. It covers up to five pages, a proven template adapted to your business, basic SEO metadata, a contact form, deployment, and two revision rounds.

How long does it take?

A focused site is usually ready in one to three weeks once the content and approvals are available.

Can you improve an existing website?

Yes. I start with an audit to decide whether the current site should be improved or rebuilt. Website refreshes start from £499 when the scope is clear.

Do I need to write everything?

You provide the facts, offers, prices, and images. I can help structure and refine the copy, with larger copywriting projects quoted separately.

Will you help with Google?

I can improve the public-facing connection between your website and Google Business Profile, and help with access or setup where the owner authorises it.

Who owns the website?

Ownership and handover terms are agreed before work begins. Domains and client accounts should remain accessible to the client.

What happens after launch?

You can manage small changes through the optional £19/month care plan, or receive a handover and make changes yourself.
